About Hawkins Managment

Joe is the third generation in his family’s Heavy Civil Construction and Paving business. At the age of 16, his experience began in the field as a Laborer/Equipment Operator, later moving into Project Management/Estimating. This ultimately led to Chief Estimator/VP of Pre-Construction with Civil Sitework Construction Firms in the Mid-Atlantic region. His expertise and market knowledge helped solidify their continued growth and success.

With over 20 years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction and Paving, Joe brings technical insight as well as seasoned field experience to Hawkins Management LLC as Director of Operations. In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family attending his kid’s sporting events and riding his motorcycle.
